The Wilker’s Hunter/Jumper Schooling Saddle Pad is the essential saddle pad for your horse. Crafted for the comfort of your horse, we’ve designed a saddle pad to minimize discomfort and promote wellbeing.
We’re committed to creating quality products for a quality experience. The contoured spine and diamond quilted body create a fit that molds to your horse. By designing the pad with your horse at the forefront of our minds, we’ve ensured that pressure is better dispersed and there’s less bunching under your saddle. This ensures that both the pad and saddle embrace the horse, instead of merely riding on top.
A ½” foam core caters to reduce any impacts felt by your horse. In order to protect their back, we use ultra-soft materials, meaning both rider and horse are cushioned for maximum comfort. What’s more, a 100% cotton flannel lining, we prevent slippage, while remaining gentle on each horse.
With your choice of embroidery design, color and font, you can highlight the special connection between horse and rider - something unique to each horse. Embroidery is placed on the back left-hand side of the pad, unless stated otherwise in the “message” section of your order.
Machine wash, tumble dry on low heat and made in USA. Colors may vary from screen to screen. Personalized items are non-returnable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our products are both custom made and inventory. Inventory items can be shipped out as soon as 24 ours whereby custom order are shipped in approximately 2-3 weeks upon receipt of your order. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx and you will receive via email your order tracking number.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE MONOGRAMMING?
Once we have received your order, we will review your instructions regarding the font, style and thread color(s) you have selected. If we have any questions or concerns, we will contact you immediately via phone or email. We are able to make recommendations if you are not sure of what thread color, style etc that would look best for your purchase we are always here to help!
When checking out, please spell out the exact full name of the recipient of your order so that we know which order the initials need to go. Your information should look like this: Katherine Patricia Smith. Please note that all monogrammed products are non refundable.
HOW DO YOU WASH YOUR PAD?
We recommend machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on a low temperature setting as cotton fabric tends to shrink a little. Ideally, we recommend all of our products to be hung to dry.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
All unused returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. All returns must be enclosed with our return form as well as a copy of the original receipt. Contact us at email@example.com to obtain our return form. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy. We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused and we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. Original form of payment will be credited for your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Shipping charges and sales taxes on shipping are non-refundable. Products that have been monogrammed cannot be returned. Please note that all monogrammed items are non returnable and non refundable.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Items may not be cancelled once an order has been placed. After you have received your order, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive our return form and follow our return instructions listed above. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Shipping charges and sales taxes are non-refundable. Products that have been monogrammed cannot be returned.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
In the event an item is defective upon receipt, please contact us at email@example.com so we can send you a return form with the defect or damage noted on the form. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of the defect. In the event that an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
WHEN CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns may be made within 7 days of purchase date accompanied with our return form. Monogrammed purchases are non refundable and the product must be unused.
